● Advance 50% of the total Tariff including all taxes as booking amount for registration.
● Balance 50% of the total Tariff including all taxes 07 days prior to arrival.
● Upto 15 days to the date of commencement of the Trek/Tour - Refund after deduction of 25% of the tour/Travel cost.
● 04-07 days prior to arrival - Refund of whatever amount is refunded to us by the accommodation and other service providers.
● 03 Days or less/No show - NO REFUND
● Upto 10 days to the date of commencement of the trek - Full Refund minus Rs 500/- (Service Charges and transaction Fees)
● Below 10 days prior to arrival - Refund of whatever amount is refunded to us by the accommodation and other service providers.
● No show - NO REFUND
● If the event is canceled due to COVID19 or any other crisis or calamity then we shall reschedule our departure. The travellers can choose to join the next departure or carry over the balance for any subsequent departures.
● Important - In case of increase in the number of days due to natural, political or any other crises, the additional charges shall be borne by the travellers.
*We do not cancel the trek/tour unless inescapable due to Natural Calamities(snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes) or unexpected political unrest, curfews, local riots, or government orders or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Important note: The Trek Insurance amount is not refundable.
