These Booking & Cancellation Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are applicable to all bookings made with Bayberry Adventures LLP ("the Company"). By making a booking with Bayberry Adventures LLP, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.1 Reservation Confirmation: All bookings made with Bayberry Adventures LLP are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Bayberry Adventures LLP or its authorised agents.
1.2 To secure a booking with Bayberry Adventures LLP, a 50% advance deposit of the total tariff is required.
1.3 The balance of the total booking cost is due 10 days before the scheduled start date of the adventure.
1.4 Bookings made less than 07 days before the scheduled start date require full payment at the time of booking.
2.1 Payments can be made through the Company's designated payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as specified by the Company.
2.2 All payments must be made in INR.
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Company via email or other designated communication channels.
3.2 The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled start date: 30% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 days and 07 days before the scheduled start date: 50% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made less than 07 before the scheduled start date/No show : No refund.
3.3 No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the adventure once it has commenced.
4.1 Any requests for modifications or changes to a booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval by Bayberry Adventures LLP.
4.2 Changes to a booking may result in additional charges. Participants will be notified of any additional costs before the changes are confirmed.
5.1 Bayberry Adventures LLP reserves the right to make changes to the adventure itinerary, accommodations, or any other aspect of the booking due to circumstances beyond its control.
5.2 In the event of significant changes, the Company will notify the client as soon as possible and offer alternative options. If the alternatives are not acceptable to the client, a full refund will be provided.
6.1 It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 Bayberry Adventures LLP is not responsible for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred due to the client's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
7.1 Bayberry Adventures LLP is not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or expense incurred by the client during the adventure.
7.2 Clients are responsible for their own health and safety and must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions to the Company.
7.3 In case of an increase in the number of days due to natural, political or any other crises, the additional charges shall be borne by the client.
8.1 These Terms and the booking agreement are governed by the laws of New Delhi, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
