Darma valley is a beautiful valley located in eastern part of Kumaon division in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, connected by the Sin La Pass (5495M).
The valley is formed by the Darma River (also called Darma Yankti and Darma Ganga). The valley hosts the Panchachuli peaks, a group of five snow-capped Himalayan peaks, with altitudes ranging from 6,334 metres to 6,904 metres. They form the watershed between the Gori and the Darmaganga valleys. Stay at a community homestay in Dantu village, trekking a very popular and scenic trail up to the Panchachuli base camp and exploration of some lesser known destinations on the Shiva trail are highlights of this adventure.
